This weekend I was in Denver, CO to attend the Sandy Puc Hands On Tour. I was able to learn more about portrait photography and practice new techniques in natural light, studio strobe lighting, posing and we even put a model in the pool and illuminated her only with flashlights. It was a great learning experience and I can’t wait to put my new skills into practice.
I realize it’s only September, but it’s not to early to start planning for the holidays! New this year, I am offering a Home For The Holidays special. I will come to your home for a comfy family portrait session (in your holiday pajamas maybe?) and you will receive a beautiful 8″x10″ image suitable for framing and 25 holiday cards* to send to your loved ones. Call now to secure your session!
*Additional images and card sets available for purchase
This growing family of three (soon to be four) and I had a great time on a recent sunny Saturday afternoon. We had not discussed clothing choices before hand, but when I arrived and saw them in their matching blue and white outfits and the beautiful cloudless blue sky, I knew we were going to get some striking images.
Enjoy our day at the beach!
I feel so privileged to be the first to photograph this 5 day old cutie pie and his very proud older brothers. All three boys were the best to work with (that bribe from Dad probably helped – a new game on the iPad for each who cooperates!) I have been shooting the older boys for the past few years and it’s so much fun for me to see how they grow each time I see them!
Enjoy these precious boys!
