New (old) obsession
It’s been way too long since I have posted here. I thought I’d start up again with an image of my new obsession-paper planners! Back in high school and college, I heavily relied on my paper planners, but then the age of technology was upon us and in 2001 I purchased a Palm Pilot and never looked back at those old calendars. I have since upgraded to an iPhone, but recently the paper lover in me has decided to go back to analog! I am currently using a downloadable planner but am chomping at the bit to order an Inkwell Press Planner, which does not go on sale until next month. I wanted to check out some planner stickers though, so I ordered a few from The Reset Girl and she does not disappoint! I love them & can’t wait to get my new planner so I can start using them (and who are we kidding, I’m sure I’ll order more then too!)
Here’s a shot of my new toys! Enjoy!
Snohomish, WA
I was in Snohomish yesterday for the Vintage Market at Swan’s Trail Farm – I didn’t even get out of the parking lot before I saw and had to photograph this great old car & shed. Enjoy what I saw yesterday:
Sandy Puc Hands On Tour
This weekend I was in Denver, CO to attend the Sandy Puc Hands On Tour. I was able to learn more about portrait photography and practice new techniques in natural light, studio strobe lighting, posing and we even put a model in the pool and illuminated her only with flashlights. It was a great learning experience and I can’t wait to put my new skills into practice.
Edmonds Art Walk
I am excited to announce I will be showing my photography tonight at the Third Thursday Art Walk in Edmonds, WA. I will be at The Fabric of Life store at 523 Main Street from 5pm-8pm.
Here is a small sample of what you will see tonight!
Come out to Edmonds to enjoy the art!
Savannah, GA
I attended the Imaging USA Expo and Conference in Atlanta earlier this week and thought that since I was so close, I should come check out Savannah while I’m all the way on this side of the country. I’ve just started exploring today, so here are a few shots of what I saw today.
Enjoy!
Ahhh, Fall!
I love Fall, it is my absolute favorite season and here in Seattle this year we have been spoiled beyond belief by amazing weather sticking around well into October! I was recently driving home and passed this park by my house, I had to jump out and snap a few shots.
Enjoy!
